Our Apartment
Well we rented this apartment on the 18 June 2011.Its a 2BHK flat and has access to an open terrace. We had looked at quite a few flats before closing on this one. This flat was amongst our favorite because ...
It was a Brand New flat
It had awesome ventilation as its open from all four sides. Its really difficult to find a well ventilated flats these days and a four side open flat is a rare deal.
It had a private access to an open terrace. I am looking forward to throwing some barbecue parties or may be a romantic candle light dinner for two.
It had attached balcony in both the bedrooms
It was within our budget and most importantly it was available for immediate occupancy.As we were putting up in a hotel , we wanted to shift ASAP. The other two flats that were liked were not available for immediate occupancy and we had to wait for more than 15 days.So this flat was our obvious choice.
Not so positives about this flat /area:
The roads slightly gets flooded during the monsoon...Next time we will definitely do research before finalizing a location.
Our flat is on the top most floor so its relatively hot. But we were willing to compromise because of the private terrace.
So lets have a look at our first apartment that I will be tweaking on a budget to make it our cosy comfy home.

We still havent set up our broadband connection. The internet speed is really slow so will upload more pics later.
